Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at:-

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your payment to us, or seven days of receipt of your goods (whichever is the longer). If you do decide to cancel your order, all goods must be returned to us complete, unopened, and in a resellable condition. You must pay the carriage cost of any returns. Once the goods have been checked, the money paid to us for your order will be refunded, less original shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
Please note that placing an order with us does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail (if you include your email address with your order) or a Dispatch note will be included in your order. The Contract between us is only formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
On some occasions, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be dispatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive. The Contract between us will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
